1. Build an emergency fund (3 months of expenses minimum)
2. Pay off high-interest non-mortgage debt
3. Save in your retirement accounts (up to the match, if applicable)
4. Save for your goals (home, wedding, children’s college, etc.)

6. Max out your retirement accounts
7. Pay off your remaining debt

This week, former TCAF guest Darren Rovell launched cllct.com, ‘your home for collectibles coverage.’ Per Sportico, the startup raised some $4 million from a group of venture investors.
“As this area has emerged as a legit alt-asset class worth billions of dollars and growing, it hasn’t at all been matched on the content side…We will be that one-stop shop that collectors have been craving.”
